These conditions apply to all orders, offers and agreements between customer and Mase PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to MASE Jewelry) and the performance thereof. Anyone can peruse these conditions on the website www.masejewelry.com. MASE Jewelry has the right to adjust the terms and conditions and the content of its website at any time. MASE Jewelry is registered with ACRA in Singapore under number 201118954N.
2. Agreement between customer and MASE Jewelry
The agreement between the customer and MASE Jewelry shall be legally binding only upon acceptance of the customer’s order by MASE Jewelry and confirmation of said acceptance via e-mail. The order will be processed when payment of the order has been received in our bank account, DBS Bank LTD with the account number 100-902043-1 in the name of MASE PTE. LTD. in Singapore. In the event MASE Jewelry is unable to process the order, the customer shall be informed as soon as possible and will receive the money back in their account.
3. Products and prices
The website aims to contain a complete and accurate description of the products offered by MASEJewelry. The descriptions aim to be sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment by the customer. MASE Jewelry will not be liable for any publication errors. The offers and prices are valid on the day itself and for the period mentioned on the MASE Jewelry website. All prices include tax. MASEJewelry offers its products on its website to the extent said products or materials to make the pieces are in stock and the pieces can be produced within reasonable time after ordering. However, it may occur that the raw materials are out of stock at the wholesaler or manufacturer. In that case we will inform the customer as soon as possible and cancel the order free of charge. Jewelry shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from a product being out of stock. All pictures shown on the website or via any other medium are as accurate as possible. Deviations in colour, size and/or quality may occur and do not give rise to any right of refund. Please note that all products are made by hand and that all shapes and pieces may vary slightly.
4. Payment and payment method
The customer is obliged to pay the full amount stated in the order confirmation and the invoice. The total amount includes the sales price of the delivered goods, and any shipping costs. All prices are in Singapore Dollars. Orders are processed only after full payment of the invoice. Payment are to be made in Singapore Dollars.
5. Shipping and delivery times
Under no circumstances shall MASE Jewelry be obliged to compensate the customer for (any damage deriving from) the delivery period being exceeded. For special requests, customers may contact MASE Jewelry via email@example.com. The products of MASEJewelry will be delivered via SINGPOST. All products will be send via registered mail to make sure we can track the order and to prevent the package from being lost. MASE Jewelry shall not be held responsible for lost shipments and shall not be liable for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the customer or recipient. - LOCAL Delivery : The shipping costs within Singapore will be $6,- by registered mail. Local delivery will take up to 2-3 working days. - OVERSEAS Delivery: Overseas shipping costs for registered items will be $8.50,- . The delivery time will depend on the country of destination and may vary from 3-14 working days. If you require Speedpost Express delivery, it will take 1-3 working days). The products of MASE Jewelry are unique and made by hand. We use our best efforts to send our products within a period of 2-7 days after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed. We will try our best to ship the products as soon as possible but delivery will depend upon the country we are shipping to and the responsible mail provider.
6. Returns and complaints Return or exchange of non-personalized jewelry If notified within 14 days, the non-personalized jewelry can be returned or exchanged, excluding any shipping costs. After this period of time sales are final: 1. Get in touch with MASE Jewelry within 7 days after receiving your jewelry by email@example.com. Please include your order number, your address and -if applicable- the item that you wish to trade your jewelry for. 2. MASE Jewelry will send a confirmation e-mail with a request to return the jewelry within 7 days of receiving your e-mail in the original condition and packaging. 3. We advise you to send the piece back via registered mail. Once MASE Jewelry received the piece(s), there are two options: - Let us know which other piece you would like to get in exchange. - Provide your payment details so that MASE Jewelry can pay you back the money.
Return or exchange of personalized/stamped jewelry Unfortunately handmade stamped jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.This applies to our handmade pieces which are persolized by stamping based on the buyers request.
Incorrect personilized/stamped jewelry If MASE Jewelry has made a mistake in stamping the piece, a new piece of jewelry will be made, free of charge. You can reach us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in touch (by telephone or email) with you as soon as possible.
MASE Jewelry that all products meet normal requirements of soundness, for a logical and foreseeable term. For more information please check the Wear & Care advice on the MASE Jewelry’s website. Said warranty does not include wear and tear of silver parts, scratches or becoming dull of smooth surfaces, wear of leather cord, fracture of a chain, and/or damage caused by incorrect cleaning.
8. Customer data By using the webshop of MASE Jewelry the customer agrees to the use by MASE Jewelry of certain personal information. These data will be recorded by MASE Jewelry and will not be provided to third parties. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European privacy law due to take effect on May 25, 2018. It sets forth new rules governing how companies may collect, store, and use personal data pertaining to and/or originating from individuals in the EU.
MASE Jewelry attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers and all users of its website. The processing of personal data is done according to the guidelines of the Act on the protection of privacy; the General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data To place an order MASE Jewelry ask the customer the following: customers name, phone number and email address as well as address details.
Purpose The personal data is used for the payment and shipment of the order made. In addition, the customer will be informed over the process of the placed order through email.
